Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing experienced, thoughtful and caring canine services. Our services are offered on a "Drop-In" system and do not require a long-term contract of recurring services. Drop-In Services are paid in full at the time of booking. A booking is not confirmed until the service has been paid in full. Exceptions can be made for overnight stays longer than 7 consecutive days where a 50% deposit MAY suffice with balance due upon completion of services. Approvals for bookings, exemptions, changes to bookings or rates on an individual client basis, are made at the discretion of the service provider. An Online Booking Fee of $7.00 applies to all bookings paid by credit/debit through our website. There is NO FEE for e-transfer payments to naturehoundsbc@gmail.com, this is the preferred method of payment. Drop-In Services are only available on select dates and times and are booked on a first come first serve basis. SAME DAY bookings may be made IF the space remains available and the service provider is operating. Requests can be made by email, text/phone or online booking, however response times may vary. Availability of services can also be found on the online booking page of our website. Due to potential delays in website updating please ensure that you receive a Confirmed Booking Agreement as your receipt for services paid to confirm an understanding of services to be rendered. Unfortunately our calendar may not be 100% accurate at all times however every effort will be made to accommodate requests and to makeup for any changes to confirmed services that, though very unlikely, may occur. All clients must complete and return the Booking Agreement signed and dated including the Liability Waiver and understanding of Pet Owner's responsibilities. For clients who intend to repeat use of Nature Hounds services please request a long term Waiver and Understanding to be signed so as to avoid repeated signing of paperwork for each future booking.
